This is the only shop I like bringing any of my vehicles to. They do not play around when it comes to getting stuff done with your vehicle and also don’t make you pay for things that don’t need to be repaired. They give you an estimate before they begin work and in full detail. They work with you in any way necessary and answer any questions that may come up! 10/10 would highly recommend!!!

Do not under any circumstances go to this shop! I needed a pinion seal replaced. In the process of replacing the pinion seal, they reused the crush leave. Jeep specifically states in service manual “do not reuse crush sleeve”, “single use part”. The owner of this place is so crooked. He would rather save four dollars than follow manufacturers recommendation. He saved himself $4 and cost me over $1,300 in repairs to have the entire rear differential rebuilt. at the time he completed my service, he did not tell me anything was wrong with it. when I brought it back the next day, he claimed that it had nothing to do with him replacing the pinion seal, and that the gears were just worn down. When I brought it to a second shop, they found that the pinion nut was loose. This caused catastrophic damage to the entire differential! If you value your vehicle, take it anywhere but here!

I selected this repair center based on a Google search. I was a little concerned, because I'm new to the area and I've never had anybody work on my vehicle, other than my mechanic back home. I followed my gut, and took my vehicle in for a diagnostic test. I was informed of the results. Lucas was exceptionally nice and throughly explained the repair process. The part was ordered and I scheduled a repair date. My vehicle was repaired for much less than I would have paid at a Mercedes repair center. I highly recommend this service center. I will never take my vehicle to any other mechanic.

As a fellow business owner, I understand how important it is to take care of customers and provide quality service that keeps them coming back. My experience with this company was excellent from start to finish. They were professional, honest, and delivered exactly what they promised. I was very pleased with the work performed on my vehicle and the level of customer service I received. Because of that, I would not hesitate to use them again in the future. I highly recommend them to anyone needing vehicle repairs, maintenance, or any type of automotive work. When Joe came to Biloxi to open his Garage, I worked at AutoZone next door. He bought all the gallon oil from the shelves. I had to restock all of it. He has a Herbie, from the older movies he works on daily. Everything from the Volkswagen Herbie, like 1957, to Lamborghini and I think I heard him correctly, built race cars. None of that matters unless your car is in that range. But even then, that doesn’t matter to you. Here’s what matters to you: Well he and his team fix my vehicle correctly the first time, no body is perfect, what if I have a problem after he works on it, will he make it right? Can I trust him and his team? Will he charge me too much? What if I don’t know anything about cars, will he take advantage of me? I promise you this, Joe’s name and reputation is everything to him. If he gives his word, he means it. He keeps it. When you own a vehicle, there are two things you never buy cheap if you value your life and your loved ones. Brakes and tires. If you want a car that last forever, make sure J&D auto is your garage of choice. Joe even knows me by name and my 2014 Dodge Avenger has only seen him over a year and a half.
